Spring Run Vineyards offers a unique and inviting setting for private gatherings, from birthdays and bridal showers to corporate outings and small celebrations with friends and family.

Our space is designed to feel relaxed and welcoming, with scenic outdoor seating, a rustic barn backdrop, and plenty of room for guests to spread out and enjoy the day at their own pace.

We offer flexible event options depending on the day and type of gathering. Weekday events provide a more casual, budget-friendly option, while select weekend availability is reserved for larger or more structured celebrations.

Guests can enjoy wine from Elk Island Winery, and you’re welcome to coordinate food, décor, or activities that fit your vision. We’re happy to work with you to create an experience that feels just right for your group.
