Wine Varieties

Bright Hope Blanc is a medium bodied, aromatic blend of Traminette and Villard Blanc Grapes. It has floral aromas with hints of honey & citrus and pairs well with pork and/or spicy dishes.  $22.

Black Dog Norton is estate grown and has flavors of blackberries and cherries with earthy notes and a hint of chocolate.  Aged with American Oak. $25.

Blackberry Rouge is a fruity mixture of Blackberries and red grapes.  We allow the Blackberry fruit to ferment then blend with a small amount of Chambourcin wine to improve balance and achieve a berry forward wine.  This semi-sweet wine tates scrumptious with dark chocolate.  $23.

AVAILABLE SPRING 2024

A sweet Rosé wine, made with 100% estate grown Catawba grapes.  Having fruity aromas of strawberries and cherries.  This wine pairs well with anything from mild cheeses and light fairs to crab cakes or grilled shrimp. $20.
