Wine Varieties

Blackberry Rouge is a fruity mixture of Blackberries and red grapes.  We allow the Blackberry fruit to ferment then blend with a small amount of Chambourcin wine to improve balance and achieve a berry forward wine.  This semi-sweet wine is best served chilled with dark chocolate.  $18.

Vidal blanc wine includes flavors and aromas of pear and green apple, as well as citrus undertones.  This wine pairs well with seafood and cheese. $19.

This red wine is estate grown and has flavors of blackberries and cherries with earthy notes and a hint of chocolate.  Aged with American Oak. $20.

A sweet Rosé wine, made with 100% estate grown Catawba grapes.  Having fruity aromas of strawberries and cherries.  This wine pairs well with anything from mild cheeses and light fairs to crab cakes or grilled shrimp. $18.

100% Petit Verdot.  Exhibits flavors and aromas of strawberries and raspberries. This crisp dry Rosé pairs well with soft cheeses and salmon. $19.
